AGREEMENT OF POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR THE AUCTION
America's Auction Network is a licensed Auction House that airs on Brighthouse Cable, Dish Network, Time Warner Cable, Direct TV or online at AANTV.com As with any licensed Auction House all sales are considered final and there are penalties for returns, refusals and cancellations.
HOW TO RETURN ITEMS
-ALL returns MUST be accompanied by an RMA number. This is a Return Merchandise Authorization, and must be written on the outside of the box prior to shipping back to us. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items. Any Return received without the RMA number on the package will be returned to the customer. Call customer service at 800-269-9629 between 12:00 noon and 8:00 p.m. EST Monday-Friday to receive an RMA number for all returns.
-Any items that are sold as "Buy It Nows" and end in .77 have a full money back guarantee and a 10 day return policy from the date of receipt of the merchandise. We must receive the item within 10 days of RMA being issued. Customers who make offers on merchandise ending in .50 are subject to a 10% restock fee only if returned or canceled. The shipping cost, however, is not refundable. ALL items MUST be paid for at the time of purchase. Declines will be held 24 hours and then cancelled with the cancellation fees applying unless other arrangements have been made
SHIPPING RULES
-All orders are shipped to the credit card verifying address only.
DAMAGED ITEMS
-If you receive a damaged item, SAVE the box and the packing material and call us within 3 days of receipt of the damaged item so that we can start a damage claim with the shipping company. Claims can take anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks to resolve.
AUCTION PURCHASES
-Items that are purchased on the live auction have the same 10 day return policy. If it is deemed that the item is not as described as on the auction a full refund will be issued after the confirmation of that claim is investigated. Auction purchases returned or canceled for any other reason are subject to a 10% restock fee at a minium of $10 which covers the cost of re-auctioning the item, and the 10% buyers premium that is added to all auction items. Please remember that an RMA number is required. Once an item is received, a return will be processed in 7-10 business days.
PURCHASE CONDITIONS
-Please make a note that any item that has been sized, mounted or altered in any way CANNOT be returned. If you want to review your purchases first and then send it back in for sizing or mounting you are free to do so.
SIZING, GRADING AND COIN DELIVERY PROCESS
-Sizing takes approximately 7 to 10 business days and appraisals anywhere from 1-3 weeks. Coins or paper money that we send to be certified or graded may take 4-6 weeks to be sent back to you. All other coins or currency purchases may take up to 4 weeks to ship but there may be special circumstances where it takes longer.
SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT MEMORABILIA
* All Sports and Entertainment Memorabilia have a 3-4 week turnaround and most items will be drop shipped directly from the sports vendor. High value items will be shipped from AAN directly. We will do everything in our power to get these items to you in a timely manner.
*Please know that you MUST be the verified credit card holder on the card being used for your purchases.
